The possum is still sitting in the trash. “Heh,” someone says from out of frame. It is a pug, who flashes a wry smile and says, “for me? every day is ‘make a terrible comic day.’” They continue to mug while the possum stares blankly from the shadows. She grabs the pug, yelling with wild eyes, “then there should be no issue with your COMPULSORY PARTICIPATION, right??? Just another day at the office???”

I have heard this joke one hundred million times and this is only the second time we’ve ever done this #makeaterriblecomicday2025
