Jess, MS, PhD (she/her), is a professional astrologer of seven years and a research scientist. Jess draws on her background in psychological research to inform her astrological practice, which blends both modern and traditional perspectives.

This lecture is particularly geared toward beginners in the realm of transits, but can be valuable for intermediate and advanced practitioners where individual planetary meditation, meaning-making, and understanding is concerned.

As a writer and visual artist, they use astrology and tarot as a lens for understanding their own personal narrative, creating monthly visual lunar calendars and writing creative nonfiction that uses their birth chart as a source of divine inspiration.

They have studied under many other astrologers including Chris Brennan, Mychal A. Bryan, Samuel Reynolds, and Kirah Tabourn.

They sparingly use the outer planets and Placidus houses whenever it fits. They mainly specialize in natal charts and solar returns with experience in synastry and electional astrology.

Solar Simone is a practicing astrologer and tarot reader with nine years of experience. They are primarily a Hellenistic astrologer who mostly uses Whole Houses.

Using astrology we will illuminate the challenges we face with bravery & boundaries.

Solar Simone illustrates how Saturn, represented by saying "no", and Mars, represented by saying "stop", are two different important principles that lead to the same outcome if you don't heed them-either your relationships crumble or you do.

The malefics can be a great indicator for the internal challenges we face, especially when it comes to instilling and enforcing our boundaries.
