I have two 10 year old boys in the morning carpool now and this is every day for me. They speak like they're from a different dimension.

Was at a soccer match last night surrounded by fans who yelled really long critiques at the referees any time the home team was penalized.

People, just get it down to a few intelligible syllables. "REF YOU SUCK" "DISAGREE" "BAD CALL" or "BOOOO" is adequate.

Point being that contemporary films and documentaries would have you believe that no one realized these things as they happened, while journalism of the time doesn't exactly support that.

I bought a couple old TV Guides at a flea market recently. One has a cover story on Andy Kaufman from 1981. There is no real illusion in the article that Andy's wrestling persona was just a character and seems to be aware that he and Tony Clifton are the same person, though it's played up.

I've been challenging people nonstop to type where they think Jimmy Kimmel slandered Charlie Kirk or assigned political affiliation to his murderer. The majority dont attempt, one or two underline him saying what MAGA did, but honestly, none even care about being wrong.
