Call me old fashioned but I miss the days when we would all be shocked if a President posted a video of himself flying over protesters and dumping poop on them.

I miss the days when a video like that would have been grounds for instant removal from office.

I miss accountability.

When municipal election results are delayed on Monday, remember that the elimination of electronic tabulators, at the cost of millions of taxpayer dollars to Edmonton and Calgary residents, was done by the UCP - Ric McIver - with no consultation, simply to appease Take Back Alberta.

Better late than never: our 18 pp (!) analysis of #ableg's so-called Mature Asset Strategy (w/ Shaun Fluker and @drewyewchuk.bsky.social). TLDR: the MAS is a thinly disguised attempt to rewrite the origin story of Alberta's O&G closure liability crisis and to push more gov't support & deregulation.

That's definitely something that seems hard to forget. - The great, and sometimes stressful, adventures of uni!
