Safely landed in Madrid, in line for my connection to Seville!

How a Canadian scientist and a venomous lizard helped pave the way for Ozempic - National | Globalnews.ca In 1984, Dr. Daniel Drucker, an endocrinologist from the University of Toronto, discovered a hormone that helped pave the way for popular diabetes drugs such as Ozempic.

This is the most relevant article to NIH and research cuts I’ve seen.

Imagine if this was today , how many people would be saying β€œWhy are we studying Gila Monsters and their impact on diabetes ? That’s wasted money !”

Touching the nib with a damp paper towel usually works for me when this happens. Hope it helps!

I don’t understand this concept of running out of ink. Even if we ignore 3 advent ink calendars, I have an absurd amount of ink.

I think if you took the bullet journal method of indexing/page numbering you could go with a non-linear approach. As long as you have a really robust outline.

Just a thought!

Who’s the b@stard and what company do they own?

Also, the blog Mountain of Ink is a great resource for finding similar inks so you can replace that old favorite.

You get to identify as you please. We do have terms like bi-curious and questioning or even queer if those labels feel comfortable to you.

My Opinion? you can be in a same sex relationship and not label yourself as bi or gay. You might just be into that specific person.

Define yourself, or not.

Red is one of my favorite colors, probably my favorite. Rouge Hematite is gorgeous, but I can only journal with it. Writing letters to others induces red ink panic :(

1. Walden by Organics
2. Emerald of Chivor by Jacques Herbin
3. Hickory Aflame by Diamine

I used to love Apache Sunset by Noodlers, but since the founder has become problematic, I’m looking for a new citrusy ink standard.

Would they irk @neilhimself.neilgaiman.com ? I got into fountain pens because the idea of using inks that weren’t just black or blue ignited my creativity. Also, I really loved irritating corporate types by using shimmer inks in my last job.

If your penmanship is tight (letters are very close to each other and small sized) you want either a fine or an extra fine nib. For that, I highly suggest the Pilot Metropolitan. If your writing is bigger, try either a TWSBI ECO or a LAMY Safari with a Medium nib.

medium is best for special inks!!
