Every time I go on Twitter, I'm reminded of how much the world sucks, and there's not a single place on this planet that's good. And I hate having that mindset, but how can I not? Especially after the clusterfuck that has been the last month.

Today already sucks, I'm not expecting the next four years to be any better.

Since most of my thrifting finds are doll things, I think I'll just post them on my other account from now on, leaving this one mostly just for fandom things. It makes the most sense. XP

I had to wait to watch, but the new Dr. STONE episode... lordy, I'm so glad we're back. <3 They did the poker chapters SO well! And I think KohaGen and SenGen fans both won. I'll be gushing a lot for my next few posts, I'm sure of it. XD

Last thrifting find of 2024: $13 for all of these dolls! They're all missing accessories/shoes, buy it was well worth the purchase just for the LOL OMG doll. <3

Today's thrifting finds! Dolls for the clothes (shocker), and a whole lot of Pokemon plushies! Umbreon is BAB, the rest from Pokemon Center, all for $5 or less each. <3

I did it! I finally finished a fic! Just in time for the end of the year! Take that, writer's block!

A friend of mine that works at Party City told our group today. I was surprised to hear it, especially on the heels of Big Lots' announcement.

Not a total surprise, although a touch that they announced it now instead of after the new year. If anything, to spare employees the news that they'll be out of a job next year before Christmas. But I suppose no time would be good for that sort of news.

I swear, sometime tomorrow, I WILL finish the fanfic I've been working on for over a week! And FINALLY put out something before the end of the year. Writer's block be damned!

The KohaGen/GenHaku brain rot is taking over again, and I love it. <3

... I'm also sad, because I remember someone making a piece of art for me based off one of my fics, but then it was removed and I never got a chance to save it. </3

Thrifting find of the day! Not sure if the clothes will end up fitting Yuki, but $3 is worth the try. And maybe I'll make a custom doll down the line because the eyes are really pretty. >w<

Was hoping for Balatro to win Game of the Year, but so happy for Astro Bot! Honestly, was very happy for Astro Bot, Balatro, and Metaphor on their wins! AND FALLOUT WON! Made me so giddy. >w<

I wish I could draw, because I have a need for art of Gen & Kohaku standing next to each other with their hands slowly going towards the other, with that hesitant pinky touch before finally intertwining fingers, then having them gently looking at each other while blushing. 💓💗💕👩‍❤️‍👨

Going to ask my husband to help me even them more out & then maybe use our mini steamer for the creases, but finally hung up my fabric Story of Seasons posters! Using magnetic push pins to avoid damage. >w<

A better look at the bag of Pokemon toys I got yesterday! With two that weren't Pokemon plus the Dialga that actually came from the Goodwill outlet.

Yesterday's thrifting finds! A bag of pure nostalgia, a bunch of clothes, & a solo Draculaura arm found in the bins. XD Saving it back in case I need it for when I attempt to create a Kunzite doll.

Wow, I'm surprised it's coming back, but I welcome it all the same.

Bought the keyrings from my local anime shop. I squealed too hard at the Gardevoir. And then before I left after my Pokemon event, one of the owners of the shop gave me the doll! <3 I was really happy to take it; my second older in-box doll!

Thrifting finds from the weekend! I've been so happy with the doll clothing finds lately, although it's been hit or miss on whether or not they fit Yuki. Still, I like the finds! And it's always fun finding Steven Universe merch after all these years. <3

Today's thifting finds! After a couple of trips of nothing much to report, today was filled with fluttering things! And some doll clothes, although most didn't fit my girls once I got to try them out. Ah well. Still happy!

I think I finally feel satisfied with how I have my Pokemon cards organized. Things are cumbersome still, but at least my suitcase doesn't feel like it weighs 70+ lbs. =P

Y'know... I have this labelled as a "joke edit", but this is probably one of my favorite things I've done. I really do need to get back into AMV editing; I've missed it.
