I did NCEA under Keys' govt, 15ys Ago 2010s, and it's probably changed alot since then... But imo, #NCEA was fantastic. Credit system was easy to understand, marking schedules were clear, and you could take non STEM subjects, not have to rely on exams and still get endorsements...

Charter schools do not have to employ trained teachers. So they are not able to administer any system except A to F and 1 to 100 percent. AI will be American, so God help or poor kids.
