Excellent meeting with Shweta from ENT, following fantastic work already done with Ian from the trust #clinicalcoding team, we were able to use #PLICSinPractice data to dive into greater depth of variations in Unit Cost, LoS, Theatres etc against national peers & between hospital sites in the trust
