I honestly had the best cry last night. Sometimes you just need to let it out. I think being sick and looking after yourself created a pity party.
Then today I woke up to messages from someone I really liked but I have to let go. It's hard being friends.

I didn't even go out in the end yesterday. Weird that a Liverpool loss made my body break down. I mean I don't think it was but this morning I woke up dripping with sweat. Mental. Just come on from nowhere.
Nice feeling rough as shit. I was gutted I missed a few faces! Sob!!

What gigs are people looking forward to attending this year?
I'm going to watch foo fighters in June which I'm excited about.

The clips I see in America about ICE are terrifying.
People being kidnapped on the streets.
Honestly how is this real life.
Its scary scenes, it looks deeply traumatic for those targeted.

A family friend does not have long left now and my heart breaks for his wife, children and grandchildren but also my dad.
I could tell he wanted to cry in my arms earlier.

Having Sunday scaries tonight.

People only found out about these incidents after we split. Still not everything has been shared.
So basically what I'm saying is some men can be traumatic.
My last ex cut his hand due to his ex being at the same place we were btw. That's it.

I have 2 exs that have self harmed their hands whilst goin out with me.
1 punched a concrete wall due to being intoxicated & angry after our mutual friend touched my back. Broke some bones!
The other purposely cut his hand several times with a kitchen knife due to being intoxicated. Scarred for life

My body is confused.
I'm happy because of Coventry! Then deflated because of Liverpool!
Can never ride the train together anymore. Wish Liverpool would get back to continuous winning ways again.

Anyhow time for positive things.
My stomach ache I've had for most the week seems to be getting better.
