The Audience Design Award I won based on my film pitch at the marketplace in the Galway Film Fleadh was a full-day workshop with Síle Culley.

The judges said: “The filmmaker had a great pitch deck and understanding of the audience, scope, and tone of the project.”

Fantastic workshop! Thanks, Síle!

“Politics can be passionate without being personal or polarising.” — one of the fantastic insights from CNN's John King, speaking at the NCH in Dublin.

John spoke with grace, with humility, with humour, and with journalistic balance. He's an inspiration!

As a filmmaker and journalist, one of my all-time favourite movies is ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN. Robert Redford is superb in it!

He was passionate about championing independent voices in cinema through the Sundance Institute & Film Festival.

What a legacy!

President leads tributes to 'iconic voice' Seán Rocks President Michael D Higgins has led the tributes to broadcaster and actor Seán Rocks, describing him as one of Ireland's finest broadcasters and advocates for the arts and artists.

Seán Rocks was an incredible champion for all creative artists.

He was always very well informed, enthusiastic, and warm in his interviewing.

The arts world is much poorer for his loss. His lovely voice will be missed from the airwaves. www.rte.ie/news/ireland...

I watched Broadway's ‘Good Night and Good Luck’ on CNN last night. It was intoxicating!

The cast, led by George Clooney, was fantastic. The directing was excellent. The set was exquisite!

The cacophony of sound brought back fond memories of my days and nights producing live television news.

The Advanced Producing Alumni event at TU Dublin was fantastic — especially the inspirational keynote by BAFTA-winning filmmaker Aisling Walsh!

It was invaluable to meet graduates of the AP course. What a network to be in!

It was lovely to meet my classmates after 8 months of online classes too.
