Donald Trump is killing American jobs. Trump said his tariffs were going to bring back jobs, and since then we have lost 42,000 manufacturing jobs.

In the next Congress we need Democrats who actually have real world experience creating jobs.

A party cannot genuinely solve affordability for working people while simultaneously rewarding billionaire donors and protecting corporate monopolies.

Democrats face a clear choice: Do we continue to run the same tired playbook, hoping to keep big money donors and consultants happy?

But recently, the party has drifted. Americans have watched as corporate interests, fueled by a corrupt 'pay for play' campaign finance system, took priority over the working class.

Democrats lost 2024 because voters, facing crippling affordability, trusted the opposition more on pocketbook issues. This is a bitter truth for the party that built the middle class: Democrats once delivered labor unions, Social Security and Medicare, and voters rewarded that class commitment.

Polls show about 80% of Democrats support Medicare for All. Rep. Larson refuses to because he has been bought. He works for his corporate donors, not you. We will vote him out of office.

Countries with a form of universal healthcare coverage have cheaper costs and better outcomes. Why do we still have a privatised system? Ask @RepLarson, and the insurance corporations that have given him $2.55 MILLION through his career.

The American people need a single-payer Medicare for All universal healthcare system.

Establishment Democrats have failed us. The party’s weak leaders like Chuck Schumer must step down to return this party to working-class values.

A new generation of leaders who understand the struggles of working people can change this. We need to start offering incentives to make it easier to buy homes- not allowing multinational corporations to buy up the little that remains and inflate the prices.

Young people can’t buy homes. It’s a truth that the Washington establishment doesn’t want to act on, but one that is increasingly threatening to American society.

It's time for the Democratic Party to return to its roots.

This is blatant corruption of a government hijacked by this country’s most wealthy and powerful people. When I am in congress, I will fight for legislation that will make corporations pay their fair share, relieving economic burden on working and middle class families.

Corporate PACs dump millions into our politicians' campaign funds, and in return receive deductions in their tax codes. Or, even worse, they get government-funded subsidies just so billionaires like Elon Musk can increase their profit margin.

Connecticut residents are seeing with their own eyes what Washington politicians refuse to even acknowledge: this government is serving the needs of giant corporations before their own people.
