I was annoyed enough to read a chapter and do a little google, but I have zero insight into that genre of fandom. Hoping that posting the connection helps get it in front of folks who might recognize it

'Lover Boy' is a supernatural/monster boarding school fic and has some awkward copy/paste-looking stuff you'd expect from a lazy rip-off

A quick search suggests the non-HP character names are from Class of '09 and Monster Prom (dating sim type games, ig?)
