I can totally relate! I love going into primary schools. I was asked, by a five year old, what a billion was when describing the number of organisms on Earth. Trying to give an answer to that was not easy! 😂

Had an excellent day with @robyaxley.bsky.social in East Harling today surveying lichens. Well! Watching him survey lichens! 20 species on one Oak! I have a lot to learn!
