Our local Walmart in Maryville had the medicne for heartburn by the taco seasoning today. I choose to believe it is to aid with heartburn related to the food tacos and TACO. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Felt crafty. Woman's history month and supporting Ukraine. If you ask my daughter, #FTP is for the people, but if you know you know.

I was saying that to my husband as well. Everyone wants new borns. Most go through private agencies and pay a lot. Going through children's division takes more time and isn't guaranteed for new borns unless parents terminate rights at birth. But ultimately, the same outcome as this "registry."

If you are on Facebook the page "Missouri House Democratic Caucus" he has been directly commenting there. He is an adoption attorney that rep Amato contacted to write up the bill. I'm not sure any other direct contact information for him.

I do agree with that. People should have their own bodily autonomy. My hope is that Rep Proudie can work with them in such a way to make a system for adoption that is more affordable, that is not forcing anyone into anything they are not comfortable with. But that will take A LOT more discussion.

Got Jay Harms attention on Facebook.

He didn't even author it. Attorney Jay Harms did. And Phil Amato had no idea what the bill said. I watched the hearing, and he kept referring that Jay would answer most questions during his witness time. This bill was discussed over an hour and only stopped because they ran out of time.

Raychel Proudie - roasting Phil Amato over HB 807. This bill is not ready to move beyond a hearing. Amato knows nothing about his own bill beyond why the idea came to mind, and Proudie letπŸ‘thatπŸ‘beπŸ‘known.

HB 807 - Missouri. Look it up. Being a woman is hard. Being a woman in the United States is hard. Being a woman in a red state is awful.
