A new bombshell report just dropped that exposes hundreds of Canadian arms shipments to Israel.

I reached out to the government about this...and their response suggested either further obfuscation or that they're uninformed about weapons exports during a genocide.

The air drop dropped 25 tons of humanitarian aid over Gaza.

That’s less than a truckload.

That was the idea; take it not only out of the criminal law frame, but also think beyond the medical frame. Move beyond drug users as "criminals" (which is unjustified and inherently harmful), and move beyond drug users as "patients" (which is inapplicable to most people); both frames are harmful.

What a waste of public funds. We do NOT need more money going into the futile, deadly war on drugs. We need a major redirection of funds currently spent on law enforcement - which already receives the bulk of $ spent on responding to drugs - to evidence-based prevention, harm reduction & treatment.
