I think I got the truffle ratios wrong, or my Callebaut 70-30-38 is too low fluidity because the texture wasn't great. Needs a do-over soon!

Triple @nigella.bsky.social birthday treats for a friend: chocolate meringue truffle, chocolate cloud (with orange) and chocolate lime margarita cakes! Big hits, hence the mess. The chocolate lime margarita especially is fantastic! Thanks for the recipes @nigella.bsky.social!
