Fanciness is inversely proportional to container size

Positioning yourself against the direction of bias balances the group - even if not your place within it

Tools make wonderful windows into the psyche - they are desires and approaches reified into object form. What does this person expect to face, and how will they face it?

To an extent, there are two stages in a business’s lifecycle:
Focus on getting to more customers
