A cedar tree grows in a sharp, deep U-curve over a small waterfall in a lush forest. The trunk dips low over the cascading water before sweeping straight upward. Dark, wet rocks and moss-covered embankments surround the falls, with vibrant green ferns and dense evergreen foliage filling the background.

This tree didn't give up, and neither should you.

Wow! Recently watched a documentary of Tibetan monks withstanding freezing temperatures while meditating shirtless. It’s known as tumo (also spelled tummo), which means “inner fire.” It’s an advanced practice. Only the most experienced meditator. Amazing!
