In the latest T3BE iβm inclined to believe the answer is D, both larceny and burglary. the burglary being the breaking into the garage and the larceny being the taking of the motorcycle. What he did with the motorcycle and what his motivations were are irrelevant.

Since the case was filed in federal District Court, the limit is 25. Had it been filed in state court the limit could differ for example in California itβs 35 that could be why Thomas thought the limit was higher. So the answer is A.
