I recreated it once in training mode. I think it has something to do with the frame perfect tag and the projectile tagenting darius hurtbox or something but wasnt recording it :/

I dont know how to trigger this but you can get yasuo S2 to clash with nothing(?) to create a prolonged projectile that has real hitboxes on the screen @2xko.riotgames.com
