Like, please, if there is anything to take away from this, just know that even with all that going on in my head, THIS IS WAY BETTER AND I'M WAY HAPPIER THAN I USED TO BE. I lied so much for everyone else's sake and was so unhappy as a result.

Anytime I dissociate now, I'm terrified I'm saying and doing shit I'm not aware of. I was fine until it started to affect how I perceive things in the moments they are happening- not the memories of them after the fact. Fuck that shit terrifies the fuck out of me because I NEED to be so intentional
