Donald Trump has disgraced the United States of America in countless ways since he first entered political life ten years ago.

But he had never disgraced the nation as badly as he did today.

He has brought shame on this country to an extent I had never thought possible. And he has only just begun.

President Trump calls Zelensky a “dictator,” which we know can’t be true because Trump loves all the dictators. That’s why he appeases and coddles Putin and his filthy imperialist war on the people of Ukraine.

History teaches us that we bow down to dictators and tyrants at our own peril.

It’s sweet you don’t want to “ruin a kid’s life” (something to bear in mind next time you oppose gun safety laws), but does that mean this “kid” should have access to the private data of tens of millions of Americans?

When you’re in a relationship with a malignant narcissist—as we all are now with Trump—it’s important to stay out of emotionally reactive mode and instead to observe and act with detachment.
