They claim judges *shouldn’t* review presidential action, meaning they want it changed/forbidden. The fact we have a judicial order now means judicial review is an established feature of constitutional law, and it should remain this way.

“Judges cannot review legality of presidential exercise of power” is a maga talking point, nothing more. Their argument rests on the (false) assumption that President has absolute powers given to him by popular vote (which isn’t even true for pres elections).
