I think your design is a great example of what I've been calling the "dumb server pattern" (for lack of a better term): commodify the parts that need to be high-avail, making them interchangable, then put all the business logic in the client.

firefox has degraded to the point of being unreliable for me 😭 It's been my main browser for years, but with the recent defaulting to DNS over HTTPS everything is just broken & sad & makes me stop to double check if it's my internet connection or just firefox.

Ufotofu is a Rust crate for working with streams and sinks which we developed for our Willow Rust work, based on “Strict Principles for Lazy Sequences” (aljoscha-meyer.de/assets/landi...). Also when the webpage scrolls it looks like a UFO is beaming stuff up.
