Opinion: Walking the walk(shed) on transit-oriented development in Calgary Majority of land near C-Train stations zoned only for low-density housing. This should change to medium and high-density.

We need more high-denisty development by stations. This article points out that "70 per cent of residentially zoned land within a 10-min walk of most CTrain stations being reserved for very low-density homes."

Noticed this on pg 61 of Alberta's proposed Bill 54. Why would we start depositing campaign fund overages into General Revenue?

Also, what do they mean if the "identity is not known". You must track the names of who donates money to your election campaign.

We need rent control in Alberta. This is out of control.
