Some of the motivating factor for me *is* HA. I want to start fucking with thread, which means I need better ipv6 support than "lol nope", which is what docker on the Synology offers.

Wish me luck.

So far that's basically what I've done. Thankfully for my main concerns, a backup/restore was all it took.

However, I deeply fear the transition from HA container → HAOS

I run containers on my Synology, however, I *just* "repatriated" a NUC that I had installed somewhere remote in order to start fucking with Proxmox.

(Others will tell you that it's actually great. Or it's great once you use Orbstack. Or it's great once you install a Linux VM to run Docker. 🤷🏻‍♂️)

Many of the characters in the series live double lives; most are revealed quickly. One is a "turns out" moment. That moment was spoiled for me by IMDB. Hence, "Hide Spoilers".
