The Donetsk Airport.... it's been a decade.

"Cyborgs," the symbol of soldier valor and an icon of Ukrainian national pride.

At the very least it's worth an investigation. I would not be surprised in the least if Elon helped rig the elections. He has the resources and I believe I remember him saying something to the tune of :"If Trump doesn't win, I'm going to jail" - not an exact quote but something like that #bluecrew

The Government of Armenia has approved the beginning of the countryโ€™s accession to the EU.It will now be discussed in the Parliament

Armenia, a former USSR republic in the Caucasus, has long balanced between EU and Russia. Its ties with Moscow were very strong, especially due to matters of security

Xitter is too far gone down the toilet. We don't need that garbage. Elon is power-drunk. It's sad to see. We don't need his influence in Europe. Nor do we need a platform full of ruzzian propaganda. Please sign and share this petition: www.change.org/p/protect-eu...

Well yes, of course. In classical game theory, as far as I remember one doesn't change the rules of the game as the game progresses. Then again, classical game theory certainly has its limitations when it comes to modeling real-life situations

I assume so, though bots will have particularities that other bots can be trained to identify as well. AI vs AI.

LOL, I guess he did, yes ๐Ÿ˜. Clarity should be there, yes, absolutely. Compactiness... that's a nice thought, but there are a LOT of aspects to consider. More requirements... I dunno. We might need some more, yes

20.12.2024 02:40 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Yeah, some are already in the West, I'm sure. And they've been talking for 3 years, to russians in russia, no less, about how bad putin is. And? No uprisings, no revolutions in russia. Protecting people from polonium tea is always a good idea, yes.

20.12.2024 02:37 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Game theory is basically the mathematical modeling of decision making processes. Or rather "strategic interactions" according to wiki. It does however typically describe purely rational actors. And humans do sometimes give in to their emotions.

20.12.2024 02:34 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

True, it's certainly not easy. But we can figure it out. It's an obstacle, but not an insurmountable one ๐Ÿ™‚

20.12.2024 02:31 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

If there's a pattern, if the gaslighting keeps on repeating, if there's an identifiable purpose for this behavior (in our case there is such a purpose: ruzzia wants to weaken the west, so they can take over Ukraine faster) - then it's even clearer that we're talking to someone with bad intentions.

20.12.2024 02:29 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

You can figure out from the course of a conversation if someone is acting in good faith or not. If they're honest or not. If they try to gaslight you, to outright ignore reality to push their narrative, that's a clear indicator that they're NOT acting in good faith, for example.

20.12.2024 02:27 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Yeah, I don't know if bsky is the best place to elaborate on these things. Current situation - I meant the war. Adversary - entity that acts against our interests. Our interests - our growth and general well being, maintaining peace, I think those would be the main ones.

20.12.2024 02:23 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

The west could try to do the same thing, but it probably wouldn't work. Try to use disgruntled Russians to inject western propaganda in the russian info space. Well those disgruntled Russians will end up in jail or dead real quick. Also, the russian info space is contradictory and confusing already

20.12.2024 02:16 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

On this subject specifically, I'm not sure. I don't know if you're familiar with the youtuber William Spaniel. The "lines on maps" guy ๐Ÿ˜€. He also wrote some interesting things, like a book on game theory, for example. Also some scientific papers. Could be relevant here.

20.12.2024 02:06 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 2    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

For example: OK, if we don't allow for tagging, what could happen? Disinfo would flood the network. Could we deal with that problem? If so, at what cost? On the other hand, assume now we allow for tags, what could happen? Bad use of tags. Could we deal with that? If so, at what cost?

20.12.2024 02:04 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I'd say we should always keep our common values in mind, yes. And adhere to them as best we can. As for making the distinction between advantages and disadvantages, I try to imagine various scenarios and do a cost-benefit analysis of sorts for each one.

20.12.2024 02:01 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

It's a matter of weighing advantages and disadvantages. Which is worse, dealing with taggers with bad intentions, or not being to tag in the first place? At a glance it seems to me that it's better to allow for tags. One can make it necessary to provide a motivation for the tag.

20.12.2024 01:42 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Nothing to apologize for. We should consider all those cases. Something constructive should come out of this conversation and others like it. If we know precisely what to ask of our lawmakers, I think that would be really helpful.

20.12.2024 01:40 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Which statement do you mean, that is relative and not general? I'd like to make corrections and refine my ideas, but I'm a bit lost here ๐Ÿ˜…

20.12.2024 01:31 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

ruzzia however does not debate in good faith. It uses information as a weapon to try to destabilize and weaken our societies. Such behavior should be discouraged. Strongly, imo.
