That groups have rules that they expect you to follow is not exactly new or surprising.

The article says that russia will probably be able to keep waging war "for the foreseeable future" and I don't think they can. At some point their capabilities will fall under the threshold needed to not outright lose.

I think the chance that Putin will not live to see the end of this war, is rising by the day.
