The hope comes from Standing Together From the journalists and medics From the conscientious objectors From the people marching in the streets From the children who fly kites amid the ruins Release the hostages. Sanctions. Arms embargo. End trade with Israel. Bring justice. Bring peace. End Canada's complicity in genocide.

Zohran Mamdani @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social now saying he would "discourage" people from saying "globalize the intifada" is deeply disappointing.

But as the article mentions, even in these countries, there are people fighting for Palestinian liberation, and the tide is shifting little by little. This is what we really mean, when we say globalize the Intifada!

Greta Thunberg and other precious souls will start sailing towards Gaza tomorrow, August 31st. All of us must keep a close eye on them and pressure Israel to not block them and finally let them bring humanitarian aid to Gaza. That's the least we can do for the Palestinian people.
