Das müsste man im Zweifel einmal messen. Aber ich will es ja auch nicht zum Allheilmittel aufschwingen. Ich finde es nur absolut absurd das (große) GKVen externe Berater zu 3500€/Personentag beschäftigen, um den RSAF möglichst vorteilhaft auszufüllen.

Kleine Anekdote: die AOK zahlt der deutschen Handballnationalmannschaft 4.2 Millionen € Sponsoring. Warum? Kleiner Betrag angesichts des großen Ganzen, aber deutliches Symptom für etwas das meiner Meinung nach nur Verschwendung ist.

Monokausal ist im deutschen Gesundheitsystem sowieso nichts. Aber ich sehe einfach im aktuellen System (siehe auch Simons Kommentar) keine Vorteile davon, 94 Vorstände und Aufsichtsräte zu bezahlen und den ganzen Wettbewerbskram (inkl RSAF) durchzuziehen.

So ein System fände ich auch gut. Aber die zu sparenden Kosten würde ich nicht unterschätzen. Allein der Risikostrukturausgleichsfonds kostet die Unternehmen an internen Mitteln und externen Beratern viel Geld.

Wie sähe es denn mal mit einer Reform des gesamten GKV Systems aus? Wofür >90 Kassen? Man könnte enorme Summen in der Administration sparen. Und der Blödsinn mit Werbung für die einzelnen Kassen wäre dann auch vorbei.

Ich kenne mich nicht genug aus, um ad-hoc solche Lösungsansätze zu bewerten. Aber ich stimme vollkommen zu, dass etwas gemacht werden muss. Es wird nur den aktuellen Notstand nicht sofort ändern. Und so lange der da ist, halte ich eine Priorisierung auf Alleinerziehende für absolut richtig.

"Nicht mein Job" ist eine sehr bequeme Meinung. Aber ist OK. Ich habe ja gesagt, dass der Staat da was tun muss. War mein erster Satz. Nur ist der Notstand aktuell nun einmal da und man muss damit umgehen.

Aber von wem den sonst wenn die KiTa Plätze nicht da sind? Und zwar nicht wegen mangelndem Geld (siehe andere Antwort). Ja, Eltern sein ist anstrengend. Ich habe drei Kinder, ich weiß das. Aber alleinerziehend zu sein ist eine ganz andere Dimension.

Das Problem ist, dass es hier kurz- und mittelfristige Anpassungsprozesse gibt. In Bayern, beispielsweise, sind die Mittel für KiTas eigentlich ausreichend vorhanden. Aber es gibt nicht genug Erzieher. Und in solchen Situationen reicht ein Verweis auf den Staat eben nicht aus.

Naja. Ich bin auch kein Fan davon, den Staat so einfach zu entschuldigen. Aber wir leben schon in einer Solidargemeinschaft. Und das heißt auch, dass diejenigen denen es besser geht, die, die es schwerer haben, entlasten.

This is true and I have noticed the same. However, it is not necessarily healthier, right? From what I have read, completely vegan diets are unhealthy compared to vegetarian diets or those including meat.

Same here. Never had a problem with it. Neither at LMU nor at any other participating university.

I use the cleaned RAND version of the data and append only those variables not in there that I need specifically. Then setting file paths manually is a bearable amount of work.

Academia really is glorious business. I just spend about an hour collecting all 32 variables in the SCF that are necessary to calculate real estate wealth of respondents. Riveting.
