Just when we thought the last snow might melt, we got a few more inches over night. The snow fell soft and peaceful last night, but it's melting with high gusts today and the trees are throwing barrages of slushy snowballs that thud on the roof 😂.

Our Wins Of The Week As Donald Trump’s approval continues to fall, he is getting more and more resistance to his disastrous policies every day.

This week brought some real legal pushback against Trump. Not only did the Supreme Court vote to strike down Trump’s emergency tariffs, but a federal judge ordered the restoration of a slavery exhibit removed by the Trump regime. All this as his immigration approval ratings continue to slide. 👏

Notice how the Department of Homeland Security has changed the look of its concentration camps? It's so drones can't fly overhead to take videos of emaciated inmates covered in their own filth.

But what if it wants pets?

I've never collected much of it at any one time. The girls got it, cleaned it up (in the COLD workshop!) and shared it with the rest of us (my dining room is kind of a mess right now, but I'm cool with it 😆) I'm happy that I have crafty people in my life. 💗

This was a fun learning experience. It's been some time since I've dabbled in clay and I had a lot of redos! 😆

The girls collected clay in the wild (construction site where it was waste) and processed it for use. It's been a long time since I've played with natural clay (any clay!) but we had fun and I made a dragon sitting on a small cave which I hope can hold cone incense. If it dries and fires well 😁

People with money do not always spend it rationally 😆 but yes, I knew rich and poor people in the various places I lived who owned pet dogs and loved them very much. ❤️

Our young adult kids still live at home, which is good for them financially, but I just love having them and their partners/friends here. My eldest is out grocery shopping for us and her partner and friend are out in the shop working clay. Parking is rough with the ground all squishy, that's ok!😆😊💗

um. no. There are truths. And then there are lies.

I would suggest that a major difference is that Sharia law is actually based on the Holy Quran and there are groups of scholars who actively debate how to interpret or reinterpret rules. Christofascists just cherrypick the Bible and use bits of it as weapons.

Many Muslims here and abroad own and love their pet dogs. I've lived in the Middle East for over 10 years and knew many families with beloved pet dogs. I love animals too. I hate 'unclean' pet owners who let their dogs poop all over public sidewalks and parks and don't pick up after them. Gross.
