Good luck. We had a long and complicated dispute with EDF that ended up at the ombudsman, who ruled in our favour and made them pay £100 compensation. Not much considering the effort, but highly satisfying. Good idea to keep a written record of all communications in case you need to do the same.

This is a very wise choice. We've been sleeping so much better since switching our alarm to @ynotradio.net, an internet radio station based in the USA. In the mornings here it just plays music as it's still the middle of the night there, so we can avoid waking up to the news or breakfast shows.

We do an American Amber that's malty but refreshing without being citrussy. Our British IPA is also strong and hoppy but not with the citrus and bitterness of American IPAs. We also often have a beer in cask at the taproom, so that will be flatter than keg beers. We serve our cask properly chilled.
