anyway a good trick is to find the replacement part you want on B&Q and then search for the exact same product on ebay & buy it for 30% cheaper

there was this metal-looking nut that I couldn't undo by hand at the back of the sink so I too the adjustable wrench to it and lo, it was not metal, it was made of fragile plastic which crumbled to pieces. oops.

nonbinary plumbing is managing to remove and unblock the u-bend in the bathroom sink but fucking the pop-up sink plug mechanism in the process. could legitimately say to the Bear that I can't fix it because I ain't got the parts.

Amgueddfa Caerdydd had an exhibition of his work in 2019 at the same time exhibiting another photographer I hadn't heard of - August Sander - whose portraits were much more humane. & I felt that having the 2 on at the same time was deliberate
