אה ברור אני לא הייתי נשאר. אבל נתראה מחר בפורמט כלשהו

כן זה פאנל החמודים

אני מגיע מחר! והפאנל שלי בסוף היום מבטיח לכבות את האור ולהרים כיסאות כשנסיים!

אבל לא הייתי פוסל קטגורית את המחלקות למזה״ת בארץ, שיש בחלקן כיום מרצות ומרצים מעולים שמודעים היטב ליחסי הכוח ומנכיחים אותם בהרצאות ובמחקרים שלהם. מחלקות שלא מדירות חוקרות וחוקרים ערבים. ולמי שטוען ש״מזרחנים אומרים״ - שלחו אותו לקרוא מה המזרחנים אומרים בפורום לחשיבה אזורית למשל...

אני מסכים שמזרחנות (ככל שעוד אפשר לקרוא לה ככה - אקדמאים מהתחום בימינו סולדים ברובם מהמונח, אחרי 45+ שנות סעיד), בוודאי בהקשר הישראלי, היא תחום ידע שבו בולטים במיוחד יחסי הכוח והשליטה, זאת אחת הסיבות שבחרתי להשתמש בה כמקרה בוחן בספר שלי.

תודה על האזכור של הספר! העליתם פה כל מיני נקודות מעניינות על מומחיות ואקדמיה. העמדה העקרונית שלי היא שאי אפשר לדרוש שתופעה מסוימת תילמד רק ע״י מי שהוא חלק מהתופעה – זה גם לא ריאלי וגם מונע ריבוי נקודות מבט (וגם אז - נניח סוציולוגית מטייבה שחוקרת בדואים זה לגיטימי?).
