I'm really grateful that they take that possibility seriously, but after several hours of repeated interrogation, I'd think they would believe us.

I get that. A couple years ago, I got up in the middle of the night, collided with our large dog who was also up, fell and suffered a major fracture, soft tissue nastiness, and a black eye. Had to go to ER at 3am. It took hours to convince them that my dear husband had not caused the damage.

The first Tgiving with my future in-laws (now ex), fiancée's mom cooked the turkey in the damned MICROWAVE! Luckily, we had an early dinner with my parents beforehand and weren't hungry because that bird was NOT done. Oh, and you had your eat her "mashed potatoes" with a spoon. Ick..

I'm noticing it in meat and produce. I don't buy a lot of processed stuff, but a head of leaf lettuce went up $.70 a few weeks ago, and they are about half the size as normal.

Devastating. 😭 My husband is a survivor of splenic marginal zone lymphoma which acts a lot like leukemia. No cure, but easily treatable. He has been lucky, though there have been scares and setbacks over the last twenty years. I pray for Tatiana and those who love and care for her.

#showmeyourknits indie dyer/designer week. I was a test knitter for dyer/designer Denise Bell of Lost City Knits for about ten years. I think she only teaches and sells yarn online these days, but I had a blast knitting her beautiful designs, usually in her amazing yarns.

I love Neighborhood Fiber! Karida was in a knitting group with me when she lived in Columbus. Such a cool woman.

Same! Hubster had a gig and one of my out-of-town besties said she would be there, so I came out, too. I followed both games on the ESPN app. Probably missed two of the best games of the season. 😖
