Theoretical physicist and postdoc at the University of Southampton. PhD at Perimeter. I love physics
Happy Birthday! 🙂

But there is also a geometric interpretation that can be understood with little maths (but a lot of physics)

Time is running out to apply for our workshop:
"50 years of the black hole information paradox: November 3 -7 , 2025"
at Simons Center for Geometry and Physics

Congratulations to Luis Lehner on being named to the Simons Collaboration on Black Holes and Strong Gravity.
Lehner is one of 12 researchers working to build a theoretical framework for unlocking the secrets of gravitational wave data.

Complexity Postdoctoral Fellowships at the Santa Fe Institute @sfiscience.bsky.social are now open for applications!
(I should also announce a postdoc opening with me at Johns Hopkins pretty soon.)

Unless deported upon arrival, I will be in Boston from June 1 to June 7. If anyone around the area wants to hang out, feel free to DM me!

DESI does not show that w0wa explains there data. Eg neutrino mass remains negative even with w0wa
I totally relate to that
