Concept Art for a possible creature in Highguard : a Jackalope from the Lost Land. I think the game has real potential, but they need to cook more, and creatures on the map that you hunt during the prep phase could be a plus for this game in my opinion.

Je me dis que ca aurait été plus classe si toute la surface au-dessus des joysticks avait verte, plutôt que le pauvre carré avec le logo... Par contre le casque, rien à redire, j'adore le design.

At least they were nominated in the VR category, that's cool I guess. Again, congrats to Moonhood team, hope to see what's next.

1. It is such a beautifully handcrafted world, made entirely in clay, which is such a unique approach.

2. It is incredible to see how well they used there environments in terms of visual storytelling (example : the thief house caged by the trees in the background make for such a powerful scene).

Alright, hot take from me : nominees for the game awards are here, and it baffles me that at a time where generative AI is going rampage in gaming production, The Midnight Walk by @moonhood.bsky.social studio isn't nominated in best art direction category...

AI videos being so realistic now might actually kill my scrolling habit for good. having to carefully inspect each and every video and image just for inevitable disappointment is really interfering with the mindless dopamine choo choo train
