I wanna say it's my second favorite Satoshi Kon movie after Perfect Blue (bold and original opinion).
Love its portrayal of dreams and how its surrealness and animation compliment each other.

My first David Lynch film.
Surreal, uncomfortable, sometimes beautiful and tender.
Didn't do so much for me as it did for others, but I definitely think it's a very unique and interesting film.
