They are not getting "more" cooperation from Minnesota. Because MN DOC has been calling out their lying via press statements and has now actually set up a website to counter their lies, they are forced to admit that Minnesota has always turned over folks AT THE END of their prison time.

Sunday, at least 7 ICE agents stormed a house and took an elderly man out into the freezing cold, wearing only his underwear and a blanket.

I watched the dad's on-scene interview. He said he told ICE that they were trying to leave but they tossed tear gas toward their car anyway.

On cue, first thing DHS did was call them violent protesters without even knowing the full story. And FOX berated them for "bringing a baby to a protest".
