I just found out that the wine bar near my apartment offers free reading glasses upon request. I don’t even need reading glasses and I just think that’s adorable.

ISAAC CHOTINER: What is your opinion on the song “Bleed” by Meshuggah?
ME: Oh, great song. I especially love the polyrhythms and the odd time signatures.
CHOTINER: That’s interesting, because if you follow the snare you realize the whole song is in 4/4, the most conventional time signature in music.
