I use sync (and syncthing for pseudo history back up) so if I get it into Obsidian, it's there forever. Or until I next reorganise my vault and make silly mistakes.

There are a lot of options, but essentially automated capture and store.

I don't use it atm, full disclosure, but the best mobile route was a shortcut to launch obsidian into that command, or have it first on the command bar.

You can also go the tasker route on android.

It's been a rough old day, so I have to give a proud salute to the person packing deliveries at the supermarket who thought "This anonymous lazy man needs a cold beer" and chose to pick the pack from the fridge and not the shelf. Even though that just made a tiny bit more work for them.
