Sad to hear the passing of the great June Lockhart (1925-2025) star of #FilmNoir T-Men (1947).

Harris has his right elbow on a table with his forearm and clenched fist above as if in an arm wrestle, below is his other hand clenched on the table, beside him a wall, he glares the other way across the room at something we cannot see, black shadow the wall directly behind, black shadow on half his forearm and fist and his body to the right of them.

I have not been able to find the photographer for this one yet but it is clearly a quality black and white photograph of Richard Harris with his hands on his head looking directly at the camera. Hands, head, collar that's all against a black background. Notable from the sharp the lighting the different textures we see, the leathery skin of his face, the bristley silver cropped beard, the silky hair on the left, the wrinkled terrain round his eyes, the steep shadowed drop round his cheeks and a warm smile.
