Lack of medical access for rural folks is very real and very annoying even with the privilege that I have. (Working car, ability to take time off, etc)

Honestly, yes but have I built it back up? Not really. I am lucky that my job doesn't have a strict dress code. I'd start with simple things like neutral bottoms and a couple different tops.
