We've been listening to @steveearle.bsky.social's Copperhead Road album a lot lately because it still kicks ass. I listened to him a lot growing up but in these endless unprecedented times, I have a new appreciation for his LONG TERM commitment to justice. #BetterBoomers #ThanksSteve

And friends, veterans benefit from DEIA. They are of DIVERSE ethnicities, ages, socioeconomic statuses, genders, sexualities, experiences. They deserve EQUITABLE treatment (so care is tailored to what they need) and to be INCLUDED in our communities. And they deserve access to healthcare! We all do!

Please write your reps opposing the VA hiring freeze and DEI purge. If we want to improve VA efficiency, we can't let this admin waste time and resources on scrubbing language, spying on coworkers and justifying approved positions. Because that's what's happening, and it's directly harming veterans.
