I used Tupacโs โBrendaโs Got A Babyโ to illustrate framing in my online class (is her pregnancy a personal or a community issue?). A student emailed to say they love the song and that Iโm a real one for picking it. ๐คฉ And then they told me they are 39 and they havenโt heard the song for decades. ๐

This is such cool work. We need to know more about the consequences of polarization and ideological diversity. One finding in my book "Faith and Community" is that ideologically diverse congregations are warmer, friendly places to worship. Crazy, but true! Differences don't have to equal division.
