Question for shiny hunters in Pokemon. How and why do you hunt for shinies?

Do you hunt for certain ones? To fully evolve them or keep them at certain stages because of looks? To fill the pokedex?

I’m curious what others do? I’ve been shiny hunting partner mons for my dnd characters and npcs.

Every year, I find myself upgrading my storage on my switch and steam deck.

Micro SD cards are just modernized memory cards with no pizzazz. Yeah you can get the nintendo branded sd cards but do you really see them jutting out of your console with colors only found in the early 2000s.

In other news, it’s been three days since I’ve been able to play dnd. I gone full feral dm mode on a new campaign I have cooking up.

For real that is an issue and yes, I just restarted Breath of the Wild again… For the fifth time

But I will try to finish my catalog of incomplete games or so help me, for the hole is massive but you know what they say! “Every hole is-“ actually that’s not the right saying in this context

I find myself recently having a hard time finishing video games. Not because I can’t, but because another game comes around and takes my attention. The cycles continues, alas for I am Sisyphus pushing this metaphorical boulder up this hill.

Anyways, I just started Breath of the Wild again-

Question for dnd dm’s and players. How do you feel about Electrum pieces?

In my campaigns, I use use gold with the occasional silver, copper and platinum for certain things such as meals or small things.

Electrum is weird to me, it doesn’t quite fit in the ratios to gold. It’s 1/2 a Gold piece.

You ever wonder why Lugia’s shiny is red and not silver? You could argue that Ho-oh’s shiny has gold.

There are so many shinies that should get the Gen 3 shiny revamp treatment that some Gen 1 and Gen 2 mons got.

9:30pm - Tunnel mode: must protect her cat tunnel

And then the cycle repeats

Another fun fact about Vi, she loves to meow loudly while I am working in my office to get my attention. Now normally you would think having a cat in an office would be fine, however all she wants to do is CLIMB ALL OVER MY DESK AND AUDIO EQUIPMENT WHILE I AM WORKING! SHE IS A WAILING GREMLIN!!!!

Recently, my cat Vi has developed a habit of sitting in sinks. Bathroom sinks, kitchen sinks, if she fits, she sits.

She has a fascination with water despite hating water.

Cats are truly animals of wonder and intrigue!

In case you’re wondering about the tea, it’s a loose leaf raspberry black tea. My absolute favorite!

Made myself a cup of tea to ready myself for this long day of work and wishing I was playing Metaphor instead.

Great game, highly recommend if you are a fan of Persona and looking for something more fantasy themed instead of modern.
