Here's the irony: Taylor's entire game plan had focused around working with the women. She may not have known the show very well, but she's always been quick to pick up on sociological trends and other social dynamics. She understood that her race and gender put her at a disadvantage, even after the Cookout's success. She had no intention of repeating the Cookout's philosophy of playing the game with a mission to the detriment of her own success, but she did want to band together with other disadvantaged players to help counteract the larger trends that were encumbering them.

I’ve seen a couple posts about Taylor “never working with women on her shows.” I’m not sure if it’s rage bait or genuine, but I feel compelled to share a quote from Behind the Mirror that concisely spells out why that narrative is false. Let’s not be revisionist, people.
