First, they said postponed; now the meeting is canceled. That means no flu shots next year.

“'It’s a six-month production cycle,' Dr. Offit said. 'So one can only assume that we’re not picking flu strains this year.'"

Fundamentally, that's a form of mass murder.

A great COVID safer winter activity I've been doing a lot of is skiing. Wearing a mask in the lift lines and indoors plus bringing all the equipment. Plus it's an activity where it's natural to eat outside!

What is interesting to remember here is that they’re giving those respirators to a population that has called them crazy, paranoid, hypochondriacal, doomsaying, and screamed at them to just stay home if they’re scared, for years. One hopes it inspires some reflection.

COVID safer travel is possible. Just arrived to the Bay Area in a Cleanspace Halo and didn't have to unmask for TSA. Unmasked after landing to an N95 in a location where the CO2 was below 800.
