Anthony is an owner and co-founder of Eko Brewery. His journey into brewing started in Japan over 15 years ago. Since 2023, Anthony has been running Eko Brewery's award-winning taproom and much loved feature of London's independent beer scene.

Daisy Turnell is Director and co-owner at Tipple Marketing.
Her career has been marked by a passion for craft beer. She's the owner of Craft Beer Newcastle, an experienced beer judge, as well as a guest columnist at Appetite Magazine.
