Why are folks not asking more questions about this FBI complaint in the Epstein Files?

This feels very dark?!

Goodness, things might get a wee bit testy at the upcoming State of the Union.

That constant churn creates instability and fatigue.

If there’s a strategy here, it seems to rely on wearing people down. Governance by exhaustion isn’t sustainable. He will lose.

It’s less about governing at this point and more about refusing to concede ground.

The pattern feels deliberate you push a legally questionable action, lose in court, repackage it, and force everyone (states, agencies, courts, the public) to fight the same battle all over again.

It’s honestly sad and exhausting to watch this cycle repeat itself.

Instead of accepting a loss on his tariff policy, even after the Supreme Court (with justices he appointed) ruled against it, Trump immediately pivoted to trying a new version that will likely face the same legal fate.

But placing him above the law by granting immunity and letting him wiggle out of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is totally cool.

Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker has sent a letter, and invoice, to Trump demanding $8.6 billion be refunded to his state: “This letter and invoice stand as an official notice that compensation is owed to the people of Illinois, and if you do not comply we will pursue further action”

Good news: The Supreme Court finally issued an absolutely obvious ruling that Trump's tariffs are unconstitutional.

Bad news: Three justices are so beholden to Trump and committed to ushering in an authoritarian state that they chose to ignore the clear text of the Constitution (Art 1, Sect 8).
